    ok, well, I don't really understand what is being said here, but I think the gist is... America is bad because it spends its money on stupid things like bombs and war and other countries, that the person listed, are good because they spend money on the well being of their countryman. Hump...makes sense- all the Hitler stuff was lost on me tho
